We loved the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities. Parking was easy to find and transportation to the city center was affordable and efficient. Had an awesome xmas experience at the hotel. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, always eager to assist with any requests or questions. I loved the cleanliness of the room, and the view from the windows was amazing. the hotel is strategically located near the airport and main road, giving guests easy access to transportation convenience. the breakfast was also one of the best experiences; it was delicious with several options to choose from.

Though the hotel offered great comfort, there was a bit of noise from the road outside, which disturbed my sleep. the parking space was quite small, so I had a bit of difficulty parking my car.

Situated in a peaceful area with ample space around, the hotel is perfect for short stays. the staff is exceptional and caters to guests' requests. Rooms are spotless and well-appointed with large TVs. Breakfast is a decent spread, providing guests with enough options to start their day.

Staff members were amazing and very friendly. They were always available and gave excellent service. The hotel was very clean with plenty of amenities, free wi-fi and a big TV. I liked the location as it was spacious and not noisy. It was easy and affordable to travel to the city centre by taxi.

The bathroom had no shower door, which resulted in the whole floor getting wet. The room was quite noisy as it was close to the road and the sound isolation was not adequate.

The staff at Cozy Loft Hotel were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay, even helping me with non-hotel related issues. The room was clean and cozy, and the location was convenient. I felt welcomed and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.
